Built in 1929, the former Baltimore Trust Company Building’s main floor and bank vault was transformed into the world class Under Armour Performance Center. Capped with a copper and gold roof and boasting an ornate gold-leaf,  two-story main lobby with bank vault doors, mosaic floors and historic murals, the architecturally-rich and historic fitness center is like no other in Baltimore.

Telltale Restaurant
LB SKYBAR
Originally opened in 1928, the 22-story hotel of brick and limestone trim features a tower topped by a mansard roof of copper, now aged with a beautiful, green patina. Currently owned by the Rubell Family of Studio 54 fame, guests can dine and drink atop the newly renovated LB Skybar and enjoy a host of specialty cocktails and nibbles while taking in a breathtaking view of the gorgeous city skyline.

THE ALEXANDER BROWN RESTAURANT
One of the few buildings to survive the 1904 fire, and original headquarters to the oldest investment banking firm in the US, The Alexander Brown Building will become home to a new restaurant called simply “The A.B.”

​The development team, which includes descendants of the Alex Brown family, will restore and bring back to life all of the original architectural features such as the brick facade with granite trim, mahogany paneling, calacatta marble floors and columns. The most notable interior feature is the incredible Tiffany-style stained glass dome skylight.

The menu will include sophisticated American cuisine with a nod to local Baltimore favorites like crab cakes and Utz potato chips.​

The Alexander Brown Restaurant
R&R TAQUERIA
R&R Taqueria gained national recognition for being one of the country’s five best restaurants for Mexican food after being featured on The Food Network. Chef and Owner Rodrigo ‘Rod’ Albarran prides himself on his creative, authentic Mexican dishes made from scratch like tacos al pastor, tableside guacamole and traditional handmade tamales. He is even developing his own line of tequila with ingredients sourced from Mexico to be served at his restaurants. Chef Rod moved to Maryland from Mexico City when he was 10, and with his downtown location, he wanted it to feel like he shipped a piece of Mexico to Baltimore, using real shipping containers and vibrant colors to decorate the space.
